Hey Riot Grrrls!
Happy Halloween!
Geez, it’s been a busy month in both for both Nicolette and I.
It started off with me having Covid-19. I have absolutely no clue where I picked it up and luckily I managed to not pass it to anyone else in the house. The symptoms stayed pretty mild, but I had the worst fatigue for two weeks. Hence why I’ve been relatively absent on social media. But I was better in time for my Witches Tea party.
Nicolette planned and threw a crazy Illuminati Murder Mystery Halloween party…
Zine Fest
We have been getting ready for the L.A. Zine Fest next Saturday, November 7. We are looking forward to meeting and greeting our fans in the L.A. area and selling some awesome merch. The stickers we created turned out AMAZING…as did the pins and journals and the main attraction…the ZINES! We are going to start selling the merch on the Riot Grrrl Musical website soon also, so stay tuned!
Zine Submissions
We are still accepting submissions for the upcoming Issue #4 of Breaking The Grrrl which drops on December 1, and will be accepting submissions through November 29. Submissions don’t need to be holiday themed, but if you have some good holiday stuff to send in, we would love it!
That’s all I’ve got for you for now. If you are not following us on Instagram at @riotgrrrlmusical or @brekaingthegrrrlzine be sure you go follow us so you can be the most up to date on our shenanigans.
